On behalf of the NFA EDI Committee, we invite you to participate in the 2025 Equity and Inclusion Audit survey. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. The survey includes four sections: Demographics, Perceptions in Brief, Agreement Scales, and Open-Ended Reflections. All parts are optional for all participants.
The information gathered will be used as a part of a larger analysis of NFA programs, policies, and practices in relation to equity and inclusion efforts. Data in its raw form from the survey will only be viewable by members of the Equity sub-committee. The de-identified data, combined with other data gathered, will be presented to the NFA national council and NFA community at large along with recommendations for future practice.
You are eligible to participate in this survey if you have been active in the activity (IE and/or debate) at NFA in any way in the past 5 years (since 2020).
Coaches, please encourage your students and recent alums to participate in the survey. This information is vital to the health and future of NFA.
